In May, we have continued to see signs of a cooling rental market as the pressure on rents continues, with 52 viewing requests per property, 16% fewer requests compared to May '23. Year-on-year rental growth is at its lowest level in the past 12 months, with an increase of only 1% in May and a 32% drop in the number of landlords pricing above market rates in the last 12 months. In March we continue to see the trend of rental growth slowing, with 70% of landlords pricing below market levels.
